Consultation

Our consultation process is designed to connect you with the therapist best suited to your unique needs. When you contact us, we’ll schedule a brief consultation call with one of our intake administrators. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and share what you’re looking for in therapy.

During the consultation, we’ll ask questions to understand your situation, goals, and preferences. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—this is your space. This information helps us create a clear picture of how we can best support you. We’ll then carefully match you with a therapist in our practice who specializes in the areas you’re seeking support in and logistical aspects align with your needs. Once we’ve identified the right therapist for you, we can schedule your first session, or you can take some time to decide.

Onboarding

Once you’re matched with a therapist, we’ll add you to our secure client management system and send you an email with a link to set up your new client portal, complete paperwork, and add payment information. The paperwork is user-friendly, can be completed online from any device, and is securely saved in our system. Once submitted, your therapist will review your information to be fully prepared for your first session.

Intake Session

The intake assessment is your first session with your therapist and serves as a foundation for your therapeutic journey. We’ll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This provides an opportunity for your therapist to get to know you, understand your needs, and develop a personalized treatment plan for your care. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, share your expectations, and begin building a therapeutic relationship.

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are the regular, ongoing appointments where the core of your therapy work happens. Each session provides a supportive space to reflect, process emotions, and explore thoughts, experiences, and new skills. Each session builds on the previous one, promoting growth and insight over time while supporting meaningful changes in your life within a safe and compassionate environment.
