Therapeutic Approach

Your session with me will primarily involve an integrative approach that focuses on creating a collaborative and supportive environment in our work together. This allows me to make the therapeutic process adaptive to your individual needs as I learn more about you. In therapy, I endeavor to cultivate a very strong and trusting relationship with each client, recognizing the uniqueness of your personal journey and challenges you’ve encountered along the way.

I approach each session with humility, where I understand that you are the primary agent of change in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, guiding and supporting you as we explore and uncover deeper meaning and purpose within your identity, struggles, and relationships. This collaborative partnership is key in fostering long-lasting healing, personal growth and empowerment.

My approach is flexible, supportive, and tailored for your needs, ensuring that you are valued, heard, and validated during this experience. Together, we will create a space for transformation, where you will feel understood, empowered and develop the resources to surmount challenges with confidence and clarity.

Additionally, I offer Faith-based counseling to clients who see their faith as a vital part of their identity and want to use it as a source of strength in overcoming life’s difficulties. This approach is tailored to respect and align with your religious or spiritual traditions while addressing emotional, psychological, and relational challenges.
